• Candidate Data: Full name, email address, country code, phone number, alternate phone number (optional), resume details, assessment logs, and video/audio recordings of technical screenings.
• Expert/Interviewer Data: Full name, email address, country code, phone number, professional background (skills, experience, current company), hourly pay grade rate preferences, calibrator ratings, and feedback reviews.
• Verification Data: Multi-channel OTPs dispatched for validation during registration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

• To register accounts, verify identities, and generate unique TechPanel360 IDs (CAN-XXXXX or EXP-XXXXX).
• To schedule technical assessments, conduct calibrated panel interviews, and compile candidate evaluation reports.
• To operate our Enterprise Candidate Hub, providing authorized managers with access to search directories and recruitment pipelines.
• To process panel interviewer payments and generate monthly statement sheets.
• To improve our anti-cheating, proctoring, and assessment systems.

3. Data Retention and Security

We retain candidate and expert information only as long as necessary to fulfill the recruitment and operational purposes outlined in this policy. All data is stored on secure, GDPR-compliant databases with strict role-based access permissions (Read Only, Read & Write, and Admin).

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share candidate evaluation reports only with the respective authorized Enterprise clients who initiated the screening process. Access to directories is strictly governed by permissions validated via our admin permission portal.
